About the Client
The client is into the Sales and Distribution of Flour and Bakery produced in their own premises. They produce 1200 tons of flour per day which they sell in the open market and also use it internally to produce Bakery products. The total no. of employees in both the units combined is 1500+. The client is among the top five Bakery and Flour Producing companies in DRC.
The client was using an in-house developed modular solution which did not have integration between all the modules. They were not able to monitor their day-to-day activities nor plan their Production accordingly. ebizframe 7.4 implementation will help them to get better control on Inventory, Sales and Distribution, Cash Management, Tracking of damaged Bakery Goods, Commission Processing of their Sales executives, etc.
