Commercial Engagement Models
We offer flexible commercial engagement models based on successful methodologies to suit our customer’s needs. We work with the client to review current IT operations, cost analysis and develop an effective plan for development, operations & personnel that will allow successful and cost effective application development.
Our four main models are:
Fixed Cost Model:
Projects with a fixed budget and timeline and deemed as fixed cost projects. This engagement model is ideal for small or medium sized projects wherein the requirements are fixed and changes to the scope of the project are not expected.
Before the start of a project, our team works closely with the client to understand and scope out, in-de, the exact features and functionalities that are to be included in the project. Based on the requirements, a time and cost estimate is made. The work on the project begins after the cost and timelines have been approved by the client. The project is delivered to the client on the basis of the delivery milestones agreed upon.
In fixed cost projects changes in project scope or requirements, during the development process, are handled through a change control mechanism. The changes are scoped our and any changes to the project cost and timelines as a result of the change request and conveyed to the client.
T&M (Time and Material) Model
We also offer T & M Model which is suitable for clients who wants to play a significant role in the project development process. As the model name suggest, the pricing is determined based the man hours required to complete the project i.e. hourly charging. When the specification of project, scope of work and implementation of project plan cannot be effectively estimated during the initial phase, T & M model is the best option to choose and proceed with the development.
Performance Model
Our performance model is based on SLA defined at the end of each project. In this method we understand the specific needs of the project and commit project-specific SLAs. Normally, this commitment of project-specific SLA would be carried out during the project kick-off meeting. Our project team would explain their SLA needs and negotiate the SLA from our clients.
This allows our clients to have SLAs tailored to their specific needs and the project execution gets predictability. Our project management team may have to build in extra capacity to meet peak demands; however, in this method our clients get higher satisfaction.
Engineering Resource Management
Our Engineering Resource Management model helps clients to deal with short term resource needs. In this model we resource engineering professionals on behalf of the client. The acquired resources work on the client's projects till the completion.
This model relieves clients from the hassles of resource recruitment and management. This ensure that clients focus on their core project development with a continuous on-demand supply of the resources.
