Being one of the biggest conglomerates dealing in multi product trading and retail they are having a huge number of SKUs to in stock. They had a major challenge of Inventory tracking and stock replenishment at the right time to avoid shortage. There was no integration between the branches spread across multiple locations and so unavailability of accurate and reliable data to the top management was a major problem. This was causing problems for running the operations smoothly. There was no sales contribution analysis available and no system to track cost center wise expenses. A system for auto generation of journals in cases of currency fluctuation was put in place. Cost centre system has been implemented to keep a better track of expenses. With the implementation of a Dynamic price control monitoring mechanism in ERP Implementation at Nigeria, they are able to handle selling price changes across the group very easily.
